One-to-one sessions are not only the most productive way to learn and evolve but also the most traditional.
There are manifold tools, systems and techniques that fall under the umbrella of ‘Yoga’. Within a 1-1 Yoga Therapy context these tools may be applied uniquely to the individual through careful observation and consultation.
While group classes are wonderful and any Yoga practice is better than no practice, it is important to recognise that no two people are the same - our physical, mental and spiritual natures and pains are so diverse that we all need something different in order to truly evolve, allowing us to remove the obstacles that prevent us from living our most happy, harmonious and sustainable lives.

Furthermore, not everyone has the same goals or feels limited by the same obstacles.
We all have different journeys to go on. Christabel hopes to empower individuals through Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy - passing on different techniques and creating simple practices that ignite the wisdom and healing already within the individual.
