Art & Yoga Retreat
Advaya Initiative invites you to Finca La Herradura, in beautiful Southern Spain for five days of Vinyassa Krama Yoga and Gentle Art Healing, taught and assisted by Christabel Reed and Laura Fraser.
This yoga retreat was about providing the space and support to unwind, de-stress and begin or evolve our yoga practice. The retreat was open to both beginners and those already with a regular practice. Five days of delicious food, environment and kindness. A chance to shake of the winter cobwebs and prepare for summer shinning.
